i remember the last time i remember having any kind of fun

it was nineteen-eightyseven, the day was cold and grey, there was no sun

the road had flooded all the way up to the end of the block

there were ice shores on the sides that we used to walk

we pushed each other in, boots filling with river that flowed down the street

so we took them off and ran at random on our numb bright red and pink feet

we danced so hard

that our limbs started to shake

stood a foot apart

and felt each other's bodies ache

hearts beating loud in the back of our skulls

Moi, j'avais jamais rien dit. Rien
